The season pass allows you to pay once and play every week from early July through the end of August. We'll give you a free session for registering for the whole season in advance! Alternatively, you can choose the Drop-in option if you want to pay week-by-week.
Each practice consists of a 15 minute workout followed by 45 minutes of structured open play - all set to music. People of all abilities and skill levels are welcome, and rule #1 is that there are no strangers on the field. sphere's mission is to build a community and connect, not compete.

Men's flag football will be held at Breese Stevens Field.
This stadium features a full size turf football field, and will allow us to run multiple flag football fields and hopefully have separate divisions. Being a turf field, the chances of rainouts are far less than grass fields.
There are no games on Labor Day.
Registration officially closes ten days prior to the start date, but this league has sold out prior to the deadline for years. Don't wait to sign up if you want to play.
